MBSA Meeting Minutes

Date: 5/6/2007 - Community Park Field House

President’s Report:

·        Need to boost the number of ticket sales for the May 19^th Beefsteak. All coaches need to help promote the Beefsteak. It is our biggest fundraiser for the new 5^th Base.

·        There have been 2 incidents reported regarding ethics. One in baseball and one in softball. Coaches and Parents need to keep things in perspective. The MBSA will not tolerate behavior involving any form of harassment.

Treasurer’s Report:

·        Report balance is $134,120.  Financial Reports were available at meeting.

Softball Report:

·         Michele Sullivan Tournament was a success. There were a couple of minor injuries reported.

·        Need to get 50/50 raffle tickets handed in.

·        Rainouts have been re-scheduled

Baseball Report:

·        Need to get 50/50 raffle tickets handed in.

·        Rainouts have been re-scheduled

Next meeting is on Sunday  6/3/07 at 7:00pm at the Community Park Field House
