MBSA Meeting Minutes

Date: 05/04/08 – 8:00pm at 5^th Base Building

Attendance: 25 plus

President’s Report:

·        Picture day for the girls went very well. May 10^th is the boy’s picture day. Please check the MBSA website for your teams schedule time or ask your coach.

·        Brick Drive Report (Diana Higgins) – Bricks forms are available at the snack stand or on the MBSA website. We are expecting another shipment sometime after May 9^th. Orders are still coming in. Profits as of 5/2 are approx $14,000.

Softball Report:

·         Michelle Sullivan Fund Tournament went very well. It is expected to make $8,000 to $9,000.

Baseball Report:

·        Summer Travel tryouts took place for the U9, U10, U11 & U12.

·        U8 and U13&U14 Summer Travel tryouts will take place at a future date. The dates will be posted on website & sent via e-mail.

Treasurer’s Report:

Current balance is $97,000 as of 5/2/08.

Next meeting will be held on Sunday June 1st – 8:00pm at the 5^th Base Meeting Room.
