MBSA Meeting Minutes

Date:  June 7, 2009

Attendance:  30+

Meeting called to order at 8:12pm

 President’s Report: 

• 4^th of July Parking:  All coaches need to get 2 people from their teams to sign up to work parking.  The sign up list will be posted on the website. Ticket prices will be $5 before 4pm and $10 after 4pm.  Contacts:  Tim Holmes and Chris Schlomann.

• Issues continue with field maintenance and equipment being left out.

• Trenches for the electrical work that  will complete the lighting project will be dug around muni 2 this week. 

Treasurer’s Report:

• No report

Baseball:

• Nothing new to report.

Softball: 

All coaches have playoff schedules.  Frank Prudente has trophies for coaches who did not attend the meeting.  Carlos Cuellar contacting rec teams with travel players for their scorebooks which are needed for districts and states.

The next MBSA meeting is at Tuesday, September 8^th at 8:30pm at 5^th Base.  Nominations for positions will be made at the September meeting.

Elections will be at the October 6^th meeting.

Meeting adjourned at 8:30pm.
