MBSA Meeting Minutes

Date: 7/8/07 - Community Park Field House

NOTE: Only 11 people including 3 MBSA Board members

President’s Report:

·        New 5^th Base Update- The project will start in August.

·        4^th of July Parking was a success. A discussion for changes in use of man power for next year took place. Changes will be addressed next year.

·        No MBSA meeting for August due to vacations.

·        September meeting will be the time for MBSA Board nominations. If interested in any of the board positions please attend the meeting. October meeting will include the voting of the new board.

·        Thanked everyone for a successful season.

Treasurer’s Report:

·        No report was available since the Treasurer did not attend the meeting.

Softball Report:

·        U12 Travel team won the states

·        U8, U10 and U14 Travel teams won the districts

Baseball Report:

·        U12 50/70, U12 46/60 and U11 Travel teams won the districts and will move on to states.
