MBSA Meeting Minutes 12/5/06

 President’s Report

·        MBSA Dinner will be on May 19^th at the Parsippany PAL.

·        Executive Board voted and approved to spend approximately $4,000 for blue prints and brochures for the new 5^th Base building.

·        3 major fundraisers are being planned for 2007

o       Golf Outing

o       MBSA Dinner

o       Super 50/50

·        Registration form was approved by BOE and is ready to be printed. The forms will be distributed at Lazar and all five elementary schools. Each child will receive a form for both baseball and softball.

·        Softball Clinics are confirmed for 3/10, 3/17 & 3/24 at the High School.

·        Baseball Clinics are currently being worked on. Clinics are for 7-9 year olds only.

·        Next meeting is Jan 2^nd 2007 at 8:00pm.

 Treasurer’s Report

·        MBSA Yearly Income Statement is complete (copies were made available at meeting)
